YOGA
where movement becomes medicine, and breath brings you back to yourself.
yoga, for me, is more than a practice
— it's a path.
it's how I return to my body, soften into my truth, and remember my power. whether through slow yin, energizing vinyasa, or intentional breath, every class i guide is an invitation to come home to your own sacred rhythm.
i teach from a place of presence, honoring yoga's deep spiritual roots while holding space for your individual experience. my approach blends gentle structure with intuitive flow, encouraging curiosity, compassion, and embodiment — all shaped by a path of practice, pilgrimage, and deep remembering.
my journey with yoga
a path of remembering, resilience, and return
my first formal training began in 2017 with les mills bodyflow in copenhagen—a blend of yoga, tai chi, and pilates that sparked my love for embodied movement and energetic flow. not long after, i felt a deeper call.
in 2018, i traveled to rishikesh, india—the birthplace of yoga—and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at shiva yoga peeth. there, on the banks of the ganges, i immersed myself in the roots of traditional hatha and ashtanga yoga. it was a return. a sacred initiation into breath, discipline, and devotion.
since then, i've continued evolving—teaching both online and in-person, and later refining my skills through certificate iv and diploma-level studies in yoga here in australia. i've also worked behind the scenes at good vibes yoga melbourne, where i supported the heart of the studio through daily operations and community care.
every step, every training, every practice has led me here—to offer you a space that is soft, sacred, and entirely yours. honoring yoga's deep spiritual roots while holding space for your individual experience. my approach blends gentle structure with intuitive flow, encouraging curiosity, compassion, and embodiment.
